What are your shipping charges and options?
We only require a single flat shipping charge for all items purchased from our store. $1.75 for all USA and international international locations. All items are sent first class domestic or international mail. If you require priority service, please contact us for pricing. US Destinations: Parcels are sent via U. S. Postal Service First Class Mail for lowest prices. We also offer Priority Mail service as an option during check-out. If you need Express mail service or other special handling, please contact us to make arrangements and obtain a cost estimate. Depending on the time of day, Express or overnight mail service may not be possible. International Destinations: Parcels are shipped via airmail First Class Letter service. If you wish to add insurance, please select International Insurance under the Shipping Options category. We also offer Priority Mail service which is rather expensive. If you need Express mail service or other registered mail service, please contact us to make arrangements and obtain a cost estimate.

What is your shipping schedule?
We ship worldwide daily except Saturday and Sunday. All items are usually in stock and ready to ship within 1 business day. If there will be any delay, we will notify you promptly.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! Returns are cheerfully accepted. If YOU aren't happy, then WE aren't happy! If necessary, refunds are issued upon return of merchandise in SAME condition and, when feasible, in the same packaging, utilizing same class of service. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt and returns shipped within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us to let us know to watch for your package.

There was an error on my order. Now what?
Contact us immediately if there is any problem with your purchase! Try as we do, mistakes sometimes happen. Rest assured we will fix them!

How do you package items?
Items are shipped securely packaged in a poly envelope. Packaging is recycled when possible if it does not affect product safety. It keeps costs down & benefits the earth. While patches may be shown carded or packaged, we reserve the right to remove any cellophane or cardboard backing prior to shipping. It does not only reduce postal costs; it is better for the environment.

Do you have additional quantities?
While some of our items are one of a kind, closeouts, most can be reordered. Please ask in advance. If there is an insufficient quantity listed, just ask and we may be able to add more immediately or within a few days.

Where will you ship?
We will ship just about anywhere in the world! If the shopping cart does not accept your order, please contact us via the ask the seller and we will strive to accomodate your order.

How much to ship to ANY international destination?
We charge a flat $1.75 to ship one or more patches to any international location.

Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are welcome! If you can't find a specific applique or trim, please ask. Our friendly mascot, Bismark, LOVES to ferret out what you need. A modest minimum order or deposit may be required. Please contact us with your needs. Our industry contacts can help get you the perfect patch. We also offer have access to several manufacturers and if no one makes it, we may be able to have it made up for you. Just ask!

I don't want to use PayPal or Google. Can you accept a credit card payment?
Yes we can! Please make your purchase and check out using the "Pay By Check" option. Then call us - toll-free - at 866-288-7049. This is an answering machine so you can call 24/7 and leave a message with your name, phone number and the best times and days to return your call. We can then return your call and securely process your credit card over the phone and ship your order immediately.

Do you offer volume discounts?
For large volume purcases (generally over $50 or 50 pieces of an item, we can sometimes offer discounts. It depends on our source and if the item/s are already clearance priced. Please contact us letting us know the product #, how many you need, and, most importantly, how quickly you need them.
